All stocked items are dispatched with one of our selected carriers typically within 2 business days and are processed and sent Monday through to Friday only (excluding public holidays). Standard delivery times may take up to 5 business days, however, please note rural and some remote areas (including Western Australia) may require additional delivery time.
Handling times for all motorcycle tyres can be up to 5 business days.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated for your order at checkout. If you are located in an area that is outside of our standard delivery areas, you will be notified that a quote is required at checkout. Please be sure to provide us with correct delivery address and contact number on the checkout page before payment is made.
Please be aware that most courier companies do not accept items heavier than 25kg (dead or cubic – whichever is higher) or longer than 1 metre. All deliveries over 25kg require a commercial address for deliveries as most freight companies will not deliver to private addresses. Please also consider that heavy items may require special lifting and handling equipment. Contact us if this requirement is not available at your delivery location and we will be able to make special arrangements for you.
Our preferred method of delivery for smaller items is via courier or Australia Post. Where possible, please supply a physical delivery address, not a PO Box. This ensures that orders are delivered quicker and easier tracking is available. Alternatively, orders can be collected from the nearest freight depot used by GEO Tyres nominated carrier or feel free to arrange a collection from one of our convenient warehouses, provided the stock is available in that location.
Please note that we have no control over freight services. Once your items are in the hands of the shipping company, we cannot be held liable for any extended delays. In the likes of public holidays, floods, strikes, storms and road closures can further disrupt freight and thus delivery could take longer under these circumstances.
At the present time, we do not ship outside of Australia. However, if you wish to make a purchase and ship internationally, we are happy to have your goods delivered to a shipping depot within Australia for on-forwarding to your location or alternatively, the exporter may collect the goods from one of our warehouses.
Please note that the organisation of export of goods must be arranged between the buyer and the exporter (shipping company). Orders will not be released until full payment for your order has cleared into our account.
RETURN TO SENDER
You will have the full responsibility to provide us with correct delivery address and contact number on the checkout page before payment.
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or any other reason (such as failure to collect the parcel from your local post office/courier depot in a weeks’ time) we will contact you to organise re-delivery of your order once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Return to sender parcels can take up to 2 months to be returned to our warehouse depending on the postal service in the area, so please ensure that your delivery address details are correct before making payment.

If your order has not been received after 14 full working days, please firstly contact the carrier/postage company with your tracking details to locate you parcel.
If you do not receive a satisfactory response, please contact us and we will approach the courier/postage company to escalate the missing item(s).

We have four main warehouse locations, and two sub-contracted warehouse locations.
Once we have your postcode and suburb name, we can check your proximity to one of these locations and let you know if order pick-up is available for the required products. All in-stock items are usually ready to collect within 2 hours and we'll let you know via email when your order can be collected.
If stock is not available in your location, we'll contact you via phone or email to discuss on when your order can be picked up or to set up alternative arrangements.
