IMPORTANT NOTICE - No credits or refunds can be given without first speaking with a GEO Tyres representative. We must issue you a return address before you can send back any items. If you send back any items without the correct address we will not be able to refund you the full amount.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you have received something that is damaged, faulty or you believe it is the incorrect item, we apologise. We understand your inconvenience and we will replace the item at our cost.
If you have received an incorrect item we will exchange it, considering that this is brought to our attention within 2 days of item being received, by calling or emailing us. Also note that the item must be unused and in its original packing for resale for returns.
All faulty or damaged items received must be brought to our attention within 2 days of item received, by lodging an enquiry at our Resolution Centre.
If your item is deemed damaged or faulty, it will be replaced (if possible) or refunded. If an item is replaceable, GEO Tyres Online will cover reshipping costs.
If for any reason you wish to return an item, simply login to your account through the Resolution Centre and follow the prompts to lodge a return enquiry.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund on the product, minus any costs incurred for delivery.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
Please allow up to 30 days to receive refund.

RETURN TO SENDER
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or any other reason (such as failure to collect the parcel from your local post office/courier depot in a weeks’ time) we will contact you to organise re-delivery of your order once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Return to sender parcels can take up to 2 months to be returned to our warehouse depending on the postal service in the area, so please ensure that your address details are correct before paying for your order.
