If you have received an item that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 60 days from the date of delivery in saleable condition, and we will happily exchange, credit or refund you.
If you have received a faulty/damaged item or you believe it is the incorrect item – please contact our customer service team and we will replace (if possible) or refund. GEO Tyres will cover any reshipping costs.
To process a return, simply login to your account through the Resolution Centre and follow the prompts to lodge a return/exchange request. Please allow up to 30 days to receive refund.
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or any other reason (such as failure to collect the parcel from your local post office/courier depot in a weeks’ time) we will contact you to organise re-delivery of your order once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Return to sender parcels can take up to 2 months to be returned to our warehouse depending on the postal service in the area, so please ensure that your address details are correct before proceeding with your order.
