REGULAR SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Our online network support throughout Australia ensures quick delivery times where possible. Stock is available when you need it.
Orders are shipped with one of our selected carriers which are dispatched within 2-3 business days and are processed and sent Monday through to Friday only (excluding public holidays).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated for your order in checkout.
If you are located in an area that is outside of our standard delivery areas, you will be notified that a quote is required at checkout. In this case, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or lodge a contact form online here.
You, the buyer, have the full responsibility to provide us with correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment.
Please be aware that most courier companies do not accept items larger than 25kg or longer than 1 metre.
All deliveries over 25kg require a commercial address for deliveries as most freight companies will not deliver to private addresses. Please also consider that heavy items may require special lifting and handling equipment. Please advise if this requirement is not available at your delivery location.
Our preferred method of delivery for smaller items is via courier. Where possible, please supply a physical delivery address, not a PO Box. This ensures that orders are delivered quicker and easier tracking is available.
Alternatively, orders can be collected from the nearest freight depot used by GEO Tyres nominated carrier or feel free to arrange a collection from one of our convenient holding warehouses provided the stock is available in that location.
FREE METRO DELIVERY (Excluding Mitas Tyres and Bulky Items)
We offer FREE metro delivery for all orders (excluding Mitas tyres and bulky items) over $100 to the metropolitan areas of Brisbane (including Ipswich), Melbourne and Sydney. Orders under $100 will have a flat rate charged at $17.00.
Metro areas are defined by our courier partner and their serviceable areas. This may result in some areas considered as metropolitan areas, being regarded as regional for shipping purposes.
Once you have entered your shipping details at the checkout, you should automatically have free shipping as an option.
If you do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping costs will change to reflect the items added to your cart. Your final shipping cost will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment.
At the present time, we do not ship outside of Australia. However, if you wish to make a purchase and ship internationally, we are happy to have your goods delivered to a shipping depot within Australia for on-forwarding to your location or alternativaley, the exporter may collect the goods from one of our warehouses.
Please note that the organisation of export of goods must be arranged between you (the buyer) and the exporter (shipping company).
Orders will not be realeased until full payment for your order has cleared into our account.
Standard delivery time once your order has been dispatched should be between 3- 5 working days. Please note that a very small number of orders may require extra processing time for various reasons.

NOTE: Rural and some remote areas (including Western Australia) may require additional delivery time.
Please note that at this stage we currently do not ship internationally.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or any other reason (such as failure to collect the parcel from your local post office/courier depot in a weeks’ time) we will contact you to organise re-delivery of your order once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Return to sender parcels can take up to 2 months to be returned to our warehouse depending on the postal service in the area, so please ensure that your address details are correct before paying for your order. If you have doubt or concern for any clarification or information, please contact us before confirming your order.
In case your order has not been received after 14 full working days please contact us and we will approach the courier/postage company to locate your parcel(s).

Once we know your postcode, we'll check your proximity to one of these locations and let you know if order pick-up is available for the selected products. All in-stock items are usually ready within 2 hours and we'll let you know via email when your order can be picked up. If stock is not available in your location, we'll contact you via phone or email to discuss on when your order can be picked up or to set up alternative arrangements.
